Stingray wings in black butter
Fresh sting ray butter cooked to a dark brown, and then enhanced with capers and a dash of vinegar.

Salmon steak
Grilled fresh salmon with lemon-honey sauce, spring onion.

Sol “meuniere”
Pan fried floured sol in butter sauce parsley steamed potatoes.

Tuna steak
Grilled tuna, lemon and olive oil.

Catch of the day

Charcoaled grilled sirloin Steak (from 200gr to 2kg)
Grilled sirloin steak with your choice of sauce: black pepper, béarnaise, “dijonaise”, mushroom cream, “Chauron” and Rossini.

Beef tartar
Traditionally beefsteak ground very fine mixed with salt, black pepper, capers, chopped onions, parsley.

Carbonade Flamande
The traditional Belgium beef stew.

A TOUCH OF SWEETNESS


Sabayon
Frothy custard of egg yolk, sugar, and wine, all whisked together over simmering water. Served warm with red fruits and vanilla ice cream.

The famous “crème caramel”
Upside down egg custard topped with soft and smoothly homemade caramel sauce.

Chocolate mousse
Homemade dark chocolate mousse.

Crepe Suzette
Crepes flamed in a sweet orange flavoured “grand Marnier” sauce.
